Unlike most consolidators who cater only to travel agents, ASAP Tickets sells directly to passengers. ITN has negotiated discounted fares with more than 200 airlines.

The legitimacy of our business has been accredited by various headmost organizations including IATAN (International Airlines Travel Agent Network). No. Although you can access our fare database online based on your search criteria, most of our discounted fares are unpublished and can only be booked by calling one of our ASAP Tickets agents. When planning and reviewing a quote online, keep in mind that discounted fares sell out very fast. What you see in your online quote is the lowest applicable fare for the selected cities and dates, and may not reflect actual seat availability. Our agents are happy to find you the specific fare you see in our database for the dates you have selected or suggest alternative dates for that fare. In most cases, the more flexible you are in your planning, the better your chances of booking the best fare.

Mileage accrual depends on airline rules. Some fares do not allow mileage accrual, while others can earn you more than 100% on miles. It is advisable to check with the airlines, as ASAP Tickets is not responsible for mileage credits.

An e-ticket is an electronic ticket which replaces traditional paper tickets. Once you confirm and pay for your itinerary, an electronic ticket is issued and an electronic ticket file is attached to your reservation and can be accessed by the airline(s).

All tickets are non-transferable and name changes are not permitted.

ASAP Tickets issues mostly e-tickets. Once your electronic tickets are issued, you will receive an email confirmation which will include the ticket number, and the reservation numbers for each airline you’ll be traveling on. For paper tickets, you can choose to ship your tickets through UPS or Fedex. When shipping Fedex or UPS, your agent can provide a tracking number you can use to track your ticket. ASAP Tickets is not liable for lost or delayed tickets.

E-ticket confirmation will be e-mailed to you after ASAP Tickets has ensured the ticket has been issued. General shipping for paper tickets is three to fifteen business days. When necessary, please check with your agent to arrange express delivery.

Information including your departure and arrival cities, travel dates/months or any other travel requests are important for an efficient and customized service. Unaccompanied minors: Most airlines allow children aged 12 and above, to fly unaccompanied, provided that a parent or guardian be present to complete paperwork at the airport. In addition, the airline may have applicable fees for the service, where permitted, to be paid at the airport. Tickets issued for unaccompanied minors, will not avail of the discounts, but will be issued as adult fares. To receive a children discount, an adult must be in the same reservation as the child.
 
 
Baggage: Baggage allowance depends on the airline and the destination. While most airlines allow up to 2 bags each, with a maximum of 50 pounds, as well as one carry on and a purse or laptop, some fares have fewer bags, or none at all, included in the price. Always check directly with the airline for up-to-date information. Exceptions for destinations apply.

Infants and children discounts: Most airlines provide discounts for infants up to 24 months old, and children from 2-11 years of age. The fare for infants is usually 10% of the adult fare, while the usual fare for children is 75% of the adult fare, plus taxes and fees. However, some discounted tickets have no additional reductions for infants or children. Please check with an agent for discount information.
 
 
Senior, military or youth discounts: Often, our discounted fares are already less expensive than most regularly published fares. Any additional discounts depend on the airline. For example, while some airlines provide a 10% discount for youth, others don’t. So it’s worth it to ask an agent.

Yes, ASAP Tickets has specially negotiated one way fares. However, please ensure you are eligible. Many countries restrict entry on one way tickets to their citizens and will require proof of return ticket. Please check with an agent.

If you know you cannot travel, you must cancel your tickets with ASAP Tickets or with the airline. All bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel your ticket, the airline will treat the ticket as a "No Show" and the ticket automatically loses its value; therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded. Note: If you have a paper ticket rather than an e-ticket, you must return the paper ticket to ASAP Tickets before we can process any kind of refund or exchange.

Once submitted, the customer service representative will process your request. ASAP Tickets customer service representatives are available by phone Monday through Sunday, 24 hours.

Once a ticket has been issued, ASAP Tickets has a 24 hour grace period (applicable only for tickets issued with a US consolidator) to void the ticket transaction without any airline penalties. Once this period is over, the fare restrictions determine whether we are able to make any corrections, as well as whether or not there will be any fees applicable for the changes. A voided ticket does not ensure the same ticket is available to book again. Passenger names provided must match the names shown on passports. Even a small mistake in the name can cause a major inconvenience for passengers during their travel. Sometimes a mistake can even prevent a passenger from using their tickets. Additionally, the process of correcting names on previously issued tickets is complicated and many airlines do not allow it. We kindly ask that you double check the names you provide.

No, unfortunately, ASAP Tickets no longer sells open-ended tickets.

Most discounted tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, the restrictions vary, depending on the airline. Airlines that allow exchanges or refunds, may charge a penalty fee for the service. Inquire with your travel agent about the applicable fees for any modifications, at the moment of the purchase. Penalty fees are subject to airline rules. Exchanges: If fare rules allow for exchanges, a £250 processing fee will be charged along with any airline penalty and fare difference. Refunds: If fare rules allow for refunds, a £250 processing fee will be charged along with any airline penalty and recalled fees.

Missed flights are considered by the airline as a “No Show” and immediately suspended. ASAP Tickets is only able to reinstate the reservation, if your airline allows that, and only upon the payment of all applicable fees. Should a waiver be required, you will be asked to submit all relevant supporting documents, before our agents can proceed with the request to the airline. Kindly note, in most cases, a missed flight means that your remaining reservation is automatically canceled, and its value is forfeited, which is why you should make sure to cancel a reservation at least 24h before the flight if you know that you won’t be able to travel as scheduled.

The names of the passengers provided must match the names shown on the passports. Once the tickets are issued, they are non transferable. Even a small mistake in the name can cause a major inconvenience for the passengers during their travel. Sometimes this mistake can even prevent the passengers from using their tickets. Remember that many of the deeply discounted fares are non refundable. The process of correcting the name on a previously issued ticket is complicated, and many airlines do not allow it at all. Some airlines may allow the name correction for a fee, if we can prove that the ticket would be used by the same passenger. We ask you kindly to double check the names you provide as this is the best way how to avoid the inconveniences connected with the name corrections. &nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 

 Change of aircraft en route

Sometimes you must change aircraft en route even though your ticket may show only one flight number and have only one coupon for that flight. Further, in the case of some travel, one of your flights may not be identified at the airport by the number on your ticket, or it may be identified by other flight numbers in addition to the one on your ticket. At your request, the seller of this ticket will give you details of your change of aircraft, such as where it will occur and what aircraft types are involved. &nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 

 Travel Documents

Travel documents required for all tickets (paper, e-tickets, or paperless) include a valid Passport, which must be presented for all international flights. Some countries may require a visa and/or health card. It is the passenger's responsibility to have all necessary travel documents in possession at check-in. The passengers shall verify the visa requirements for all the stops as some of the countries may require a transit visa. Those passengers transiting via or connecting between the airports within the European Union - Schengen Zone may need a Schengen Entry visa. Travelling on a one way ticket may be restricted. If you are travelling on a one way ticket, it is your responsibility to make sure you are eligible. ITN LLC agents do not advise passengers on visa requirements. If fare rules allow refunds and/or exchanges, a £250.00 ITN LLC fee will be charged to process any refund and/or exchange request. This fee will be collected in addition to the penalties charged directly by the airline and/or recalled by the airline from ITN LLC (recalled commissions). Reservations for tickets to be refunded and/or exchanged must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure -&nbsp;

After the tickets are issued, any changes or refunds are subject to the restrictions of the fares used. Generally speaking, discounted fares are more restrictive and in many cases they are non refundable and non exchangeable. Please pay attention to the fare restrictions of your tickets. I f you need more flexibility with your tickets in terms of refunds and exchanges, please consult your agent and request a less restrictive fare. Airlines offer a wide range of fares, including those that offer exchanges and refunds without any restrictions and penalties. The airlines strictly follow their policies, and do not permit exchanges or refunds in case the fare restrictions do not allow it. The airlines determine the restrictions of the fares, and ITN LLC has no power to override these restrictions. &nbsp;
 
 
The airlines change their fares and the availability of the seats on daily basis. Most airlines file their fares with the Airline Tariff Publishing Company. These file updates can occur several times a day. The airlines manage their seat inventory through their reservation systems. In most cases, they decrease or increase the seat inventory (and thus the fare availability) based on many factors which may include for example reservation cancellations or load factor on certain flights. ITN LLC cannot predict the fare value nor can it guarantee that the airlines will not release cheaper seat inventory. Once the tickets are issued, they are subject to fare restrictions. &nbsp;
 
 

 Baggage Information

The airline(s) may require you to pay additional fees at the airport if your baggage exceeds certain limitations, such as the number, weight, size, and dimensions of your bags. Some airlines do not offer any free baggage allowance. Baggage allowance policies and baggage fees associated with checked or carry-on baggage vary widely and are subject to change by the airlines at any time. Be advised to check directly with the airline for the latest baggage allowance information. &nbsp;

However, the airlines frequently change times and/or flight numbers. ITN LLC is not responsible for any schedule changes. Please, contact the airlines to verify the current flight information and reconfirm your flights 72 hours prior to your scheduled departure. Failure to use any reservations may result in an automatic cancellation of all continuing and return reservations and suspension of the tickets; contact ITN LLC or the airline prior to your scheduled departure to cancel your existing reservation and retain the original value of the ticket if applicable. Check in time recommended for all international flights is a minimum of 3 hours, even if you are travelling on a domestic carrier to another airport and connecting to your international flight. Travel documents required for all tickets (paper, e-tickets, or paperless) include a valid Passport, which must be presented for all international flights. Some countries may require a Visa and/or health card.&nbsp;

 Liability Waiver

&nbsp;&nbsp;I understand that International Travel Network LLC is not the source or supplier of the travel services I have requested, and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services. I have been advised that the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to me are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services I have purchased. I consent to and request the use of those suppliers and agree not to hold International Travel Network LLC responsible should any of these suppliers:&nbsp;
 
1. Fail to provide the travel services I have purchased;&nbsp;
 
2. Fail to comply with any applicable law; &nbsp;
